Outdoor quality British Standard BS1710:2014 pipe markers for pipes containing acids or alkalis, from as little as £9.90 per roll. These self-adhesive peel off backing pipe markers are manufactured to offer approximately 5-6 years outdoor life expectancy (8 years + indoor) under normal atmospheric conditions. Our British Standard pipe markers meet all requirements under BS1710:2014 and utilise colour codes in accordance with BS4800.  Manufactured from gloss white, self adhesive polyester with permanent printed UV stabilised inks and a clear gloss overlaminate, these materials give excellent adhesion to low surface energy surfaces, such as polypropylene and ABS and most powder coated surfaces. 

Pipe Marker Rolls are available in 3 widths -  130mm for pipes under 50mm in diameter, 275mm for pipes between 50mm and 100mm in diameter and 450mm for pipes greater than 150mm in diameter 

Roll lengths are supplied in lengths of 1.25mtr, 15mtr and 30mtr.

Brady B-7541P material

These markers are classed as 'Indoor/Outside' quality markers and are manufactured to offer a between 5 and 6 years life expectancy under normal atmospheric conditions.  Indoor use has proven 8 years + is many cases.

N.b. the 1.2mtr roll options are manufactured from 6-7 year UV protected outdoor high gloss, high performance vinyl.

BS1710:2014 (BS4800) APPROVED PIPE MARKERS

The use of BS1710:2014 pipe markers will ensure compliance and increase plant safety. These pipe markers are a combination of 2 or 3 colours, indicating:

  • Basic identification Colour (substance group flowing through the pipe)
  • Code Indication Colour (substance indicator)
  • Safety Colour (indicating Safety group)

All standard goods may be returned for refund or credit  within 6 months of purchase from Site Safe Solutions Ltd.  Returned goods must be in original packaging and be in an un-used and re-sellable condition.  Custom goods (goods which have been specifically manufactured for the client) cannot be returned.  

All of our standard products are normally dispatched within 2-3 days (assuming they are in stock)  Custom design products normally take around 10-15 working days from receipt of artwork approval and order.  Delivery is Free on orders over £150 after discount (£6.50 on orders under £150).  Next day delivery is available at extra cost if ordered before 14.30.

We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard.  Payments can be made securely through our 'shopping basket'.  We use 'Stripe Payments' global software system to manage our transactions securely and to guarantee peace of mind for our customers.  We also accept most major credit cards over the telephone supported by Barclaycard MMS Services.
